"It just wasn’t worth it for..."
It just wasn’t worth it for me. The price felt way too high, and I kept thinking it was too expensive for what I was getting. I don’t mind paying more when something feels worth it, but this just felt pricey, pricey, pricey. For me, it’s not something I’d buy again.

I was expecting the promo code to work, so it was disappointing when it failed at checkout. I usually have a basic standard for this kind of thing, if a discount is advertised, it should apply without a hassle. I reached out to support, but it took longer than I expected to get help, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

I was happy with the mix of products they have, and I actually find more options than I expected. The only thing is some categories took a bit of clicking around before I was getting where I wanted. Overall, it’s a solid selection and I’d probably check it again.

I tried to return my order it was more of a hassle than I expected. The replies took a while, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I felt kind of pressured to just keep the item rather than deal with it all. It was frustrating and not really worth the headache for me...

I ordered from freedomusasales.com thinking everything would be straightforward, but the trouble started after I paid. I had a few questions about my order, so I sent them messages, and it felt like I was just waiting around forever for replies. When they did answer, the responses were short and didn’t really clear anything up.
it kind of felt like they were helpful enough before the sale, but once my money was in, I was on my own. I kept having to follow up just to get basic information, and by the end of it I was more frustrated than anything. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Easy to use, though a little outdated"
I found the site easy to use overall. I’m somewhat picky about online shopping sites because I like things to be straightforward, and I was able to find the main categories without much effort. The pages also loaded fine on my phone, which is a big thing for me.
Some of the product pages had the details I needed, but a few definitely could’ve used better pictures or a cleaner layout with less scrolling. The checkout process was simple enough, and I never felt stuck or confused while going through it.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because parts of the design feel a bit dated compared to what I usually expect. That said, it worked well, I found what I needed, and I didn’t have to waste time clicking around.

"Refund take way too long"
I ordered from freedomusasales.com and the refund was taking forever. I keep checking and asking about it, but it feel like nothing was really moving. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me the timing was bad and it get annoying after a while.

I paid through freedomusasales.com and the payment did go through, but the checkout process felt slower than it should have. For a minute I wasn’t sure if it had accepted my payment or if something was stuck, so I just had to wait around and be patient even though I didn’t really want to. The confirmation eventually came through, so it worked out in the end. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it could definitely be faster and more obvious when the payment is successful

"Still waiting on a real fix"
I ran into an issue and tried to get it sorted out, but it never really got fixed. The replies took a while, and it felt like I kept having the same conversation over and over without getting anywhere. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it was just frustrating. I don’t think I’d use them again

"FFL transfer took a while"
The FFL transfer ended up being slower than I expected. I sent the info over, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read my message because the coordination was still a bit off. It all worked out eventually, but the process could definitely be smoother
